We believe that being “Quality People” starts with leading by example.  Each of our “Quality Guys” participate in monthly activities that serve our local communities.  We are also a proud sponsor of Speak Out to Reach Out – Ghana, a program that develops long term partnerships with schools and impoverished communities within the Republic of Ghana (West Africa).  The initiative educates and empowers thousands of young people through providing workshops and resources around human rights, self care, science and technology, inclusiveness in education, classroom management, athletics and entrepreneurship.  Speak Out to Reach Out was established in 2002 by our Owner-CEO, Michael Walton.
